The Pua Songtheauw Station is right along route 1081, opposite the old PTT Gasoline station. About 100m from the main T-intersection in Pua town. But it is actually nothing more as a parking place along the road and an old wooden sala. From here you can take the Songtheauw to places like Bo Klua and Pa Klang (Hmong village). Songtheauws to Bo Klua are scheduled to leave at

But This Is Thailand so if at scheduled time there are not enough people in the Songtheauw then the driver will wait until there are enough people to make some money from the 1 hour ride in the mountains to Bo Klua. And if there are not enough people at all then the ride is canceled. But now problem you could pay some extra to make the driver moving. Actually you could rent the all Songtheauw to drive only you to Bo Klua and in that way you can also make a few short stops at viewpoints.
