As part of my small motorbike tour to Doi Chang I did stay 1 night in Phayao. And of course I did choose Phuglong Hotel, right along Kwan Phayao. Price was a bit expensive but I was tired and just wanted to taak a long hot shower. In the evening I did walk along the Kwan Phayao. It was quiet and while looking for a 7-11 I found it closed. I really love the lake-side in Phayao, especially in the evening. People jogging, relaxing, fishing and easting. Like a village, although Phayao is not really a village anymore. Kwan Phayao always bring happiness. And as you see also stunning sunsets.
