The Flow Restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Hilton Hotel with a stunning view over the Chao Phraya river with inside and outside seating. Serving a huge buffet with different islands of food like Japanese, Chinese, Italian, French Thai and of course seafood. And an island of desserts (my favorite). And very special a "Cheese room" with about 25 different kind of cheese from Spain, Switzerland, France, Italian and more. And to complementary the great choice of delicious food they also have a great choice of wonderful wine. It is not cheap or for Thai standards even a bit expensive but I think it is worth it (once & while). The Hilton is located at "the other" side of the river but they have a free ferry service from the "River City" shopping mall. I loved it!
Update Sep'2022 : I was there the last time in 2018 but of course this restaurant is still up & running.
