We had the planning to travel to Europe for holiday and to see my family & friends again. The first step was booking a flight to the old continent and flying a long haul I prefer to fly non-stop so flying from Bangkok to Amsterdam there is not much choice as KLM or EVA. As I did fly with Eva Airways before I had a look about 2 months before flying but did find the prices a bit high. But just 3 weeks before flying I checked again and there was a winter-promotion at almost the half of the normal price so I booked it right away via the Eva Air web-site.
It was a few years ago that I did fly with Eva Airways and although I booked "economic" class I think we had a good seat and good service. We had private tv-screen to play games, watch movies or listen music. We had 2 meals served which were for our class standard quite good. There were no delays and it was a smooth but long flight from Bangkok to Amsterdam. And flying back was just as good and relaxed, although the check-in service at the gate at Schiphol Airport could a bit better. See www.evaair.com.
