December 2012 : Kwan Phayao Villa is a brand new building with 3 huge bedroom (each for at least 4 people) and located on a small soi of the road along the lake. No restaurant, so no breakfast included but there are many restaurants nearby. The room had an beautiful wooden floor and comfortable beds. There was an small TV corner and 2 small bathrooms.
