How to get from Suvarnabhumi Airport to downtown Bangkok? The fasted way to get to downtown Bangkok from the Survarnabhumi airport is to just walk to floor B buy
yourself a ticket and board the Airport Rail Link. You can buy a ticket
for the express-line or for the city-line (stops at all stations). There are signs in the airport to guide you to the right place.
But as this Airport Link might not take you to somewhere near your hotel you would still have to take a taxi. So I just took a taxi straight from the airport. Just follow the signs for public tax, tell the girl at the taxi counter where you want to go and a taxi-driver will bring you to his car. This costs 50 thb surcharge above the meter fare (and of course the toll-way costs).
