Nov'2014 Oum Hotel is a reasonable new, modern hotel in the city of Uttaradit (more or less behind the university). The hotel has private parking, free wifi and serves a very simple breakfast. There is of course no swimming pool. They have 4 different rooms, I stayed in a standard room. The VIP rooms have a bathtub, others rooms are shower only. The rooms are simple, but clean and have private bathroom, airco, fridge and TV. Price-wise good value for money but not a nice place to stay a few nights.
