Wunderbar Restaurant is a very nice restaurant & bar, serving Western and Thai food although the latter is also western flavoured. Located in one of the small soi's between Sam Sen 2 and 4, near Nouvo City Hotel. Very nice atmosphere, good food and friendly service. They also serve good cocktails and beers. I liked and did come back twice. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The all area is actually nice with a few western oriented restaurants & bars but also a few local Thai restaurants and many street-stalls. And that all within walking distance from the Chao Phraya River. Highly recommended!
Update Sep'2022 : The last time I was there was in 2016 and I am not sure if they are still up & running.
