In 2017 I was traveling from Bangkok to Sukhothai and I did stay overnight in Phitsanulok. And in the early morning I did visit a school near my hotel, where at 8:00am in the morning the local kids were making music and playing the Thai National song. And they are so serious! Highly recommended to watch this kind of event at any school in Thailand.
