In 2017 we were in Pattaya for 2 days and we did stay at Amari Ocean Tower along the beach road. Wonderful hotel with fantastic rooms and best breakfast buffet in town. In the evening we had a drink at Horizon Rooftop Bar & Restaurant at the 34th floor of Hilton Pattaya Hotel. Great view, fantastic service and delicious cocktails. Not cheap, but highly recommended!
