In 2017 I was a few days in Pattaya and did visit a friend staying at The Base Condo in Central Pattaya. At the the 32th floor is a rooftop from where you have stunning view over Pattaya. What a city Pattaya has become! The little sleepy fishing village is no more. High-rise buildings are all around in Pattaya now. And still building. Will it ever stop?
