The expression TIT stands for This Is Thailand and is used for things that are typically Thai. In my serie This Is Thailand here a photo taken a few years ago when traveling on the highway. You see almost everything on the road in Thailand, also many totally overloaded car & trucks. And it may look funny but in reality is dangerous for other people on the road. Unfortunately Thailand is in the top 3 worldwide of the highest numbers of deaths with road accidents. Not only due to stupidity like this but also due to drunk driving, speeding and bad road design. As I assume Thai love their children too I hope that the Thai society changes and will one day understand that life can be saved so people do not have to bring their beloved ones to the temple. And that this changes will come with more rules is something I am happy to live with. I do love my freedom and I respect others peoples freedom until the moment their freedom of being dangerous or stupid effects my life or that of my beloved ones.
