The expression TIT stands for This Is Thailand and is used for things that are typically Thai. In my serie This Is Thailand (see label) here a photo taken a few years ago in Chiang Mai. While working in a shop you not have much time to go out for food. But This Is Thailand and of course there is someone who sees a business opportunity. Food on wheels! Just a scooter with plastic bags with food comes along and some people are awaiting him to come bring them their so wanted snacks to eat.
