Overlooking Nan town from the famous Wat Phra That Khao Noi. When I did go here about 3 years ago there was hardly any parking and nobody to be seen. Nowadays there are 3 parkings, 2 small shops selling drinks and souvenirs and there are of course Thai tourists making selfies.
