While motorbike riding in North Thailand I did stay for 2 days in Chiang Mai and was walking in the old center of Chiang Mai. I made some photos along the way and besides all the hotels, restaurants, bars and shops also this is still Chiang Mai. Photo above is the Wat Chang Kong near the Imperial Mae Ping Hotel. It is said that there are more as 100 temples and old pagoda's / chedi's in Chiang Mai city.
