August 2019, while traveling 3 weeks Vietnam and staying 2 days in Hue I did stay at the Thanh Lich Royal Boutique Hotel, located in the heart of this typically Vietnamese provincial city. This was actually one of the best city hotels I stayed in. I had a huge corner room with a spacious living-room corner, a huge bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. And of course the room had TV, mini-bar, Air-conditioning and free drinking water. And besides a very comfortable room and a great breakfast buffet, the staff was very friendly and helpfully. Highly recommended to stay here!
