In March 2022 we were for a week in Chanthaburi and while passing Tha Mai town we stopped at a new kind of restaurant called "U Eat Eatery". It is not a real restaurant because there is no table service, just counter service and take-away. The restaurant is managed by a Thai & Italian couple who lived before in Italy and they serve Steaks, Pasta and Thai food. They are open every day from 10:30 to 19:00.
We had a lunch and I had a creamy Spaghetti Pesto while my wife had a Spaghetti Seafood Thai style. Both delicious and not expensive! Highly recommended if you are in Tha Mai or just passing Thai Mai. The latter happens when you are traveling from Chanthaburi town or Sukhumvit road to the Hat Chao Lao or Kung Wihman.
