While traveling in upcountry Thailand, Cambodia and Laos there might be weird food on the menu. Like rats from the rice-fields, I tried it once and actually it does not taste bad but too much small bones. Rats in Thailand are much smaller as I am used to see in Europe, actually I would call them big mouses. And as they are living in the rice fields they are actually clean. Bon appetite!
