Photo above was shot along route 203 to Phu Rua. The photo below is a lake about 15 km from Loei, along route 203 to Phu Rua. It is surrounded by bamboo forest and mountains bordering Laos. There is a small village along the lake and few restaurants with bamboo rafts where you can have lunch or dinner right on the lake.
