We did visit the Weekend Market (also called Walking Street Market) in Nan town. The Weekend Market is held every every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in front of the famous Wat Phumin. At the first section all kind of ready to eat food is being sold and at the big square in front of the Wat Phumin there are small tables where you can sit & eat. Sometimes there is also live music. At the second section of the market are local design cloths and souvenirs sold. And the nice thing is that all nearby temples in the historic center of Nan town are open until 21:00 and are illuminated in a beautiful glow of light. So a lovely evening out in Nan town with nice food to experience the slow way of life.
