I was riding from Nan to Phayao via route 1091 and about 10 km before Chiang Muan is a viewpoint from where you have a stunning vista overt the valley of the Yom River at Chiang Muan in Phayao province in North Thailand. In the cool season you have here a stunning view over a sea of clouds.
