Passing by old buildings in Nan town

Above an old photo of what is now Nan National Museum in the historical center of Nan town. It was in 1903 originally build as house for the rulers of Nan. In 1931 it was donated to the government to be used as provincial hall. And in 1973 it was inaugurated as Nan National Museum

Under is an photo of the Luang Thanya's Mansion opposite the Wat Phumin, originally build around 1910 as residence for the daughter of the 64th ruler of Nan.
