Phrae, in North Thailand, is a lovely town with a historical old center. And a nice evening market called "Kad Phra Non" where besides some traditional cloths you will see a lot of food for sale. From sweet Thai desserts to fresh vegetables and fish. I love little markets like this! Highly recommended to go here if you are in Phrae.
