In 2021 we did stay 2 weeks at Hat Chao Lao beach in Chanthaburi and we had dinner at Chivaree Resort what is a bit older but well taken care hotel right along the beach of Hat Chao Lao. And they have a nice restaurant & bar that is situated almost on the beach and for that the ultimate holiday feeling, diner along the beach with sunset. We had here dinner on our first day and we enjoyed it very much. Although service was great and the food good it must be said that the food was not of the standard that I thought it would be and surely not according to the price we paid. But it is all about location and that was great. For me as non beer drinker it was also nice that they serve cocktails. So we came back another evening just to enjoy a drink at sunset.
