In 2021 we did stay 2 weeks at Hat Chao Lao beach in Chanthaburi and enjoyed a lunch and a dinner at See Thru Restaurant that is located right along the beach of Hat Chao Lao and is part of Chao Lao Tosang Beach Hotel. And for me that is the ultimate holiday feeling, diner along the beach with sunset. So we had dinner at See Thru restaurant while enjoying the sunset, a cocktail and delicious seafood. All served by smiling and service-minded staff (probably Cambodian). We had a lovely evening, although must be said it was of course not cheap. But it is all about location, service and choice of food. Highly recommended if you are at Hat Chao Lao. Another day I myself also enjoyed a western lunch at See Thru Restaurant.
