Thai food is delicious but after many years also that becomes boring so we are very happy that in a nearby village is between the rice fields an open-air small Japanese restaurant called Pakanhaem. So once & awhile we go eat here for lunch or diner. The food has improved since they did open about 8 months ago. We like it and will be back.
Costs? We had as started a delicious fresh salmon with a sado masochistic wasabi saus. As main dish we had rice rolls with crab and egg. And fish with sweet-sour sauce. As side dish we had vegetables with sweet-sour sauce. And all served with 2 small soup. My wife did drink a beer and I as responsible driver some water. Total costs was 534 baht. For more information see : Facebook page of Pakanhaem.
